Due to expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor.

Corporate Building Consultancy is a small practice of Chartered Building Surveyors.  We work in the commercial and educational sectors.  Our clients range from small primary schools to national organisations.  We offer design and project management services as well as dilapidation advice and commercial surveys.

We are seeking an ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor.  In return we offer a wide range of experience and assistance with achieving the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.

The Successful Candidate will have the following attributes:

·         Be client focused with a high level of customer service

·         Be willing to learn and able to manage small projects from day one

·         Be presentable, personable and professional

·         Have the ability to work independently

·         Have a good sense of humour (necessary in a small office)

·         Have a flexible ‘can do’ nature

The successful candidate will be based in Wedmore – Somerset.

The salary scale is: £18,000 - £22,000 + Car allowance, pension and mobile phone
