Our Beliefs
At Corporate Building Consultancy we believe that our involvement will add value to your project. Whether we undertake a survey, architectural design or to manage your project our contribution will add value. Our clients will always come first and we only ever have their best interests at heart.
We have good relationships with contractors, developers and agents but, unlike many of our competitors, we never work directly for them. We believe that by focusing only on our client’s needs we can offer a truly independent service.
Our skills and experience (as traditional Chartered Building Surveyors) allow us to undertake surveys, architectural design and offer dilapidation advice in house. We have a network of highly experienced professionals such as structural engineers, mechanical and electrical consultants and health and safety advisors.
We are regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors [RICS] which is ‘the mark of property professionalism worldwide’.
