EFA Detailed Advice for New Condition Improvement Fund

The EFA have published their detailed information for applicants to the new Condition Improvement Fund 2015-16. The detailed advice is more comprehensive than for earlier funds in previous years. CBC Education believe that this is a positive step as it will assist us with preparing successful bids for our clients.

The Education Funding Agency [EFA] have just announced a new Condition Improvement Fund for academies. Many of our clients have already been in contact with us asking for assistance with the preparation of bids to the new fund.

Summer Project Management Progressing Well

It’s been a busy summer for Corporate Building Consultancy. Work is progressing well over several sites. All our projects are currently on programme and within budget. We’ve also had a strong summer for building surveys and dilapidation assessments. Being Chartered Building Surveyors our specialist team continue to assist many companies in Somerset with their property needs.

This month The Education Funding Agency [EFA] are issuing the long awaited Property Data Survey’s for schools. CBC Education are assisting their clients to secure funding for the next round of ACMF bids.
