School Summer Building Works

It’s another very busy year for CBC Education’s schools!

Following successful funding bids from the EFA’s Condition Improvement Fund planning for the summer building programme is already well underway.

Projects include a 2.4 million pound, new science block for a school in North Somerset, window replacement projects, various flat roof refurbishments, sports hall floor refurbishment, recladding projects, electrical rewires, compliance works and much more!

We are also assisting larger academies who have other funding streams such as the EFAs formulaic capital funding allocation.

We specialise in assisting academies in, first of all, obtaining funding for their capital works projects.  Once funding is secured we have our own in house design and project management team who are able to deliver the project through to completion.
